Thank you for shopping with Tramontina! We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Below is our policy for returns, refunds, and exchanges, designed to assist you if you need any support with your order.

Refunds and Exchanges

Timeframe for Returns:

If you wish to return or exchange an item due to damage or product defect, please ensure that you communicate the issue and initiate the return within 7 business days of receiving the item. Tramontina cannot process returns or exchanges after this period.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in a resalable condition.
• Please ensure all original/undamaged packaging, tags, accessories, and any bonus gifts are included.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process refunds or exchanges.
• Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer –  please refer to the section Courier Information for more information.
• Tramontina will not accept items that have been misused.

Refund Process

• Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
• If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
• Please note that courier fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed once the item(s) is received, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Refund or Exchange Procedure

• Before returning an item, please contact us at ecommerce.traf@tramontina.com  with the following details:
  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return or exchange
  • Clear images of the item and packaging
  • Whether you prefer a refund, credit, or exchange
• Carefully pack your item(s) in the original packaging.
• Upon receiving your return, we will notify you via email and proceed with your refund or exchange request as soon as possible.
